Bamboo plants grow a lot quicker than trees (up to 3ft in one day!). Bamboo absorbs 30% more CO2 than trees, and produces 35% more oxygen. It is also needs a lot less water, and no fertiliser or irrigation to grow.

Regular toilet paper releases 65% more carbon emissions than bamboo toilet paper, and wipes out 1 million trees a day. Also, the bleaching used in regular white toilet paper is most commonly chlorine-bleach, which releases harmful toxins into our waterways and damages marine species. Our paper wrappers are made from recycled paper, all our cardboard is made from recycled materials (even the inner core of our toilet rolls), our printed text on the box is soy-based ink and it’s all secured together with paper tape! Zero plastic.
